A great Class!

I just spent tonight in the company of some very lovely ladies!

Teaching them the wonderful art of Zentangle® - i was so grateful to teach them what i know, and also to be invited to the home of one of my students to teach.

Even though she, herself, had experienced some flooding, she had a great studio space in her back yard that was perfect for a Zentangle class.   They all took to it right away, and were even inventing and naming new tangles!!

As always, i was a bit nervous at the beginning, but as i started tangling i felt myself calm down - and these ladies were so welcoming and so very wonderful!  I hope to see them all again!

  1. Hey!

Glad to hear that you found a location after being swamped.

I think your idea of writing the names of the tangles on the tiles is pure genius! (Planning on stealing it outright for my classes!)

  2. Congratulations on a great class! I still get so excited when I teach a class. Especially to those who knew nothing of Zentangle. Everyone is so grateful. Can't beat that! All our best, Maria (and Rick)
